Fast Earthing Enterprises

HDGI Earthing Electrode

Fast Earthings manufactures Hot Dip Galvanized Filled Pipes with a Minimum Zinc coating of 70-80 microns (avg) specialised for Earthing Application.

Copper Bonded Earthing Electrode

Copper Bonded Pipe is extensively used in highly corrosive soil environment where other Earth Electrodes cannot be used.

Copper Bonded Earthing Rod

99.95% pure Electrolytic Grade Copper is Molecularly Bonded to Nickel-Sealed Low Carbon Steel Core having High Tensile Strength. Nickel Sealing is done for good Adhesion and Copper Coating will not crack when bent or driven. No part of steel is Exposed since Copper Coating is done after all Fabrication. The standard copper coating thickness is 250/100 microns.

Pure Copper Earthing Electrode

Pure Copper Earthing Electrode is made of Electrolytic Copper that is 99.9% pure. It has an excellent corrosion resistance. It is used when higher conductivity and corrosion resistance are required. This uses pressurized Crystalline Conductive Compound to ensure the highest conductivity and withstand any leakage current. They are useful for applications where soil conditions are very aggressive such as soil with high salt and moisture content.

Advance Backfill Compound

We have developed our unique back-fill-compound. Our unique back-fill-compound is a combination of natural earth minerals, which having the hygroscopic property, to retain the moisture for a long time. During installation with proper water pouring, our Advance BFC retains the moisture upto twenty times its dry volume as well as it creates a layer surrounding our electrode.

FRP Chamber Cover

Earth Pit/Inspection Chambers are provided to safely enclose the Earthing System, for carrying out maintenance, Inspection and Testing Purpose. To avoid masonry work at site, Excel Earthings provides ready-made earth pit chambers with removable lid made of high-density UV Resistant Polypropylene/Poly Vinyl Chloride Confirming to IEC 62561-5.

Pure Copper Earthing Plate

Pure Copper Earthing Plate

Copper Plate has high electrical and thermal conductivity and very high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. We are recognised as a reliable Copper Plates (DHP & ETP) Supplier in India. Due to the outstanding quality and unrivalled performance, various industrial sectors place bulk orders for customised Copper Plates. Copper plates from ETP and DHP are available in various sizes and dimensions.

GI Earthing Plate

Hot Dip Galvanised Steel plates are manufactured in accordance with IS 3043:2018 with an average Zinc coating of 70–80 microns for Earthing Applications.

Copper Bonded Earthing Plate

Copper Bonded Plates economically replace pure copper plates with advantages due to the combination of low carbon steel and copper. The Copper coating provides corrosion resistance as 99.9% Pure Electrolytic Grade Copper is molecularly bonded to superior quality steel.

Pure Copper Earthing Strips

Copper earth strips are used as high-voltage electrodes for standard earthing arrangements on ground-mounted LV, MV & HV substations. The earth tape functions as a perimeter electrode installed around the foundation edges in direct soil contact and connected to switchgear earth bars.

GI Earthing Strip

Galvanised Iron (GI) earthing strip is widely used for earthing purposes. It is highly corrosion resistant, increasing longevity and providing better protection from voltage transients. GI Steel Strips are manufactured in different dimensions with an average Zinc coating of 70–80 microns for Earthing & Lightning Protection Applications.

Copper Bonded Earthing Strip

Copper Bonded Strips are used for Electrical Earthing and Lightning Protection Applications, such as Earthing Conductors, Lightning Down Conductors, and Lightning Mesh Formation. The steel–copper combination offers a cost-effective alternative to pure copper. Available with 100/250 micron coating.
